💪🏽 Strength as Support: learn new skills to incorporate in your practice to engage pull muscles
🤸🏾 Posture Party: gain new knowledge to walk (into the studio 😉) a bit taller
🧘🏽 Release & Restore: spend time tending with self-myofascial release and end our session with a 15-minute meditation.


Session Two | Inventive Inversions: System Support with New Variety & Props
Sunday, October 5th | 1-3:30p | EASTOWN

💎 What You Can Expect:

🧐 The What’s & Why’s: gain new knowledge about inversions we often incorporate in a Funky Flow and how to prepare for them.
🤸🏾 Explore: deep dive into new ways to flow with inversions, utilize props, and try out some variations to your familiar favorites!
💆🏼 Release & Rest: learn how to support your body after flipping, practice mindfulness in a short meditation, and recover with a restful Savasana
